a classic family sitcom, the harper house is the latest series from the twisted mind of brad neeley. working with the showrunner and EP, the main challenge as animation director was to execute the client’s very specific vision to fit with their distinct art style. for this series, I managed both an internal, outsource, and retake animation teams in addition to prototyping and supervising the construction of the initial character rigs.
